ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
You are invited to participate in a community case study project evaluating the effects of BodyIntuitive on COVID-19 because you have either:
Been diagnosed as having COVID-19
Are suspected of having COVID-19 but have not been tested, or
Are a highly exposed frontline healthcare worker or in another vulnerable population (essential services worker, another member of your household has COVID-19).

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The purpose of this research case study is to evaluate the effect of BodyIntuitive on COVID-19 symptoms and disease course, and susceptibility to contracting COVID-19. The BodyIntuitive treatments. are not meant to replace any other medical treatments or interventions that are recommended to you by your doctors for your condition.
Project participants will receive 3 remote BodyIntuitive treatments by the Master Practitioner Training teams under supervision from the Project Principal Investigators: Dr Janet Galipo, DOM and Dr Laura Stuve, PhD.

ABOUT BODYINTUITIVE

BodyIntuitive is a safe and non-invasive modality. There are no known risks associated with BodyIntuitive.
The following benefits might result from this study: faster recovery from COVID-19, shorter duration of COVID-19 symptoms, not contracting COVID-19, a decrease or elimination of pain within the body, decreased stress levels, and an increase in energy levels. We cannot and do not guarantee or promise that you will receive any benefits from these treatments.
